| With regards to my most recent complaint dated 30 feb 2012,i was informed by vodacom that my phone has once again been repaired. I once again went to the repair shop to collect the phone which was booked in for a distortion on the ringer and the usb dust cover that went missing with the last repair. The book in assistant checked the phone and it was to be expected that absolutely nothing was done to this phone,not even the dust cover was repaired.Again( ref to my last complaint), a waste of my time and money.When asked the question as to why this happened,nobody could answer me.The phone has again been booked in(possibly the 12th time). When speaking to the consultant this morning before i went to collect the phone,i expressed to him my dissatisfaction with the outcome of my complaint,i expected vodacom to replace this phone which they refuse to do(even though 12 times for repairs) .I am once again a very unhappy victim of vodacoms poor service and their greed to take your money each month. | |||
