One IRATE customer!

Dear Vodacom,

I purchased my blackberry in October last year and three months later it broke, switched off completely and I couldn't turn it on. I took it to the repair shop in Cresta a few weeks ago and they called me the next day to tell me that there was nothing they could do to fix it and gave it back to me. The phone now turns on and I have to take it for repairs for the LCD to be fixed even though the phone is still under warrantee. I am very upset over this, it is not the service i expected from a leading telecommunications brand such as this; I find it completely unacceptable! Especially because I recently switched from MTN and this is what I get :( ???
