Great service from Vodacom Repair Centre

I bought a Vodacom prepaid Nokia phone at Makro in April 2010.
After 20 months the device failed and could not be switched on anymore.
I took it to the Vodacom Repair Centre in Greenpoint, where after nearly 30 minutes they established that this phone was indeed under warranty by Vodacom - although it was not bought at a Vodacom franchise, or supllied as part of a contract.
I handed the phone in just before Christmas, expecting to have my phone back sometime in the new year.
Much to my surprise, after only 9 days - just before New Year, I received an sms saying my phone was ready for collection! They in fact replaced this phone with a new one.
I am very happy with the service I received from Vodacom, especially since they acted so quickly over the busy xmas period. Despite all the public holidays, they managed a turn-around time of about 5 working days!
Thanks Vodacom for the great service I experienced!
