I would like to thank Jillian Salsone from Vodacom for going the extra mile and ensuring that my problem was solved. i had made 11 calls to Vodacom and visited 2 customer care centres and got no help. i was just send from one department to another. with everyone telling me the same thing and nobody actually solving my problem. At my last attempt this morning as i was about to cancel all my contracts with Vodacom, Jillian helped me solved everything. she didnt send me to other departments or tell me she cannot help as its not her dept. she actually made all the calls contacted the correct people for me and called during the process to keep me informed and again after my problem was solved to ensure i was happy. Excellent work Jillian Salsone, if it were not for your efforts today i would have been on MTN tomorrow. and would have gladly accepted all legal charges for cancelling my contracts, just to get away from this mess. thank you, i really appreciate your efforts. |
