Above and beyond expectations

For the last month I have been planning and plotting my upgrade. Having had reasonable experiences with the above mention store in the past I decided to contact them again to discuss options. I got in touch with Ashwill, one of the supervisors. For the remainder of this month whenever I had a question he was quick to respond, even at the most obscure of times. What I'm sure must be felt as irritating hoops from a customer he happily jumped through never letting me down once. Today I signed another contract renewal and will be sure my other contract is likewise signed at his store in the following months.

Exceptional, friendly, prompt and above and beyond expectations service!
