Dear Vodacom This will be my 3rd and final complaint before bringing an Application to the High Court in Pretoria to Compell you to revert on my situation. My name is PS Raath, ID 8007025049088 and I took out a contract with vodacom late last year. The contract was inclusive of a laptop, modem, cellphone and 100MB internet for R200.00.I took out the cotract at Metro Menlyn and was it eplained in the follwing manner: 1.I get a laptop,modem, cellphone and 10MB date,which will be capped for R200.00 pm 2.Once I reached my capped 100MB, internet will need to be topped up and a pre paid simcard was provided free of charge by the employee selling the contract.He also assisted me and showed me how to do pre paid internet. I constantly checked my usage through the software provided and vever exceeded 100MB.It was only after receiving a bill of R1800.00 that it was explained that it is not cut of afetr 100MB, but goed on the Bill.The employee at Vodacom confirmed this will be sorted out. The next Month I received an account of R1200.00 and was it suggested that it was internet consumtion befor my initial compalint. I await your urgent response befor I go to court. |

Utterly Disgusted:
As in my complaint, this was the third time I complained and was there a subsequent fourth complaint. None of the four complaints were adressed and am I in the process of finalizing documents to the CPA an court. |
