| August 2011 I received a marketing call from Elite Mobile, offering a 3G Laptop deal, which I accepted. On receipt it was not what was offered. Phoning Elite Mobile listening to the voice recorded conversation they said that I was misled and can return the item. The laptop was collected and was told to phone VODACOM to cancel the contract. Phoning Vodacom talking to various departments/consultants, promised that the debit order will be cancelled - no success. December 21/12/2011 I was promise by Sadik that all is sorted, no deducting will be done and the contract will be cancelled. Threatening that I will do a stop payment Sadik advised I should. Receiving my statement I saw R689.01 will be deducted after assurance received it won't happen I made a stop payment. VODACOM cancel my existing 3G of 2/3 years and VODACOM again deducted R1119.98. Why can VODACOM cancel the not taken up contract and re-instate my existing 3G - SINCE September 2011 I am asking for help. Today I phoned the supervisor Kelly did not want to listen to my complaint just said it's not for her department, transfer me to another department AGAIN supervisor not available, and I am still where I started. | |||
