VODACOM MISLEAD ME

In May of 2011 i applied for a Vodacom MyGig 2 contract which was on special at R149. A couple of days later i got a call and the whole routine was done over the phone and i received the modem a few days later and activated it. Everything was fine until Jan 2012. Firstly a huge amount of data was used when the connection was made and all i did was browse a few sites, then in 2 days my usage was into thousands and that then exceeded my credit limit. My account was locked for days. Then days into the next billing period i requested that Vodacom give me my invoice for the previous invoice and they tell me that i must wait another 3 to 4 days before i can get the invoice. I need to have my data connection back urgently though. So i decided that Vodacom is not doing it for and i requested to cancel my contract, now they are telling me that my contract is not with Vodacom but with a company called Rewards. When i ask how that is possible when i applied on Vodacom's website and they tell me that they don't know. WHY DID VODACOM GIVE ANOTHER COMPANY MY DETAILS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE??? WHY DONT I HAVE MY INVOICE 3 DAYS AFTER MY BILLING???
