| THIS FRIDAY 10 FEBRUARY 2012 WILL BE A MONTH SINCE VODACOM DELETED MY 0834167358 NUMBER. WHAT STARTED OFF WITH A NUMBER PORTING FROM MTN TO VODACOM (MY WORST MISTAKE EVER) HAS ENDED UP BEING THE BIGGEST INCONVENIENCE EVER. I TRULY REGRET THE DECISION THAT I MADE BECAUSE THINGS JUST WENT FROM BAD TO WORSE. UNTIL TODAY NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHO DELETED MY NUMBER AND WHY IT WAS DELETED AND I WANT THIS RECTIFIED. EVERYTIME I CALL I HAVE TO TELL MY STORY ALL OVER AGAIN. I HAVE BEEN TO STORES, I HAVE CALLED IN, I HAVE SPOKEN TO TEH TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT WHO HAS SPOKEN TO THE IT DEPARTMENT WITH PROMISES OF CALLING BACK AND SORTING OUT THE PROBLEM AND I AM STILL WAITING. THIS WAS A NUMBER FOR LIFE AND I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN TO MENTION THE INCONVENIENCE THAT THIS HAS CAUSED ME. CAN SOMEONE PLEEEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW A NUMBER CAN BE DELETED WITHOUT NOTIFYING THE CLIENT AND HOW IT CAN BE SOOO DIFFICULT TO REVERSE WHAT WAS DONE? WHOEVER DELETED MY NUMBER MUST SORT OUT THIS MESS BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN MORE THAT PATIENT NOW. THIS IS HONESTLY THE MOST DISGUSTING SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN SOUTH AFRICA AND I WANT THIS RESOLVED!!! | |||
