| HEADLINE | Vodacom cuts my phone every month |

| For the last 5 months Vodacom has blocked my phone. when i call they cut me off or put me through to tons of consultants which cut me off. i pay my account but they never seem to find the payment. i called today when they blocked the phone and was promised they would call me back by a person called Theo. this was at 4.00pm i am still waiting. i can't make any outgoing calls the only number i can call is 111 and it keeps cutting me off saying i have not amde a selection. please try again and they cut me off. my calls are constantly dropped and they have been billing me for a blackberry service which I, in writing, have asked them not to on several occasions. including a look for me service which i never subscribed to. they jsut keep billing me. they have now sent me a letter stating they will cancel my contract and i must pay them R10 000??? i feel their service is horrific and demand and explanation for their bad service and the R10 000. i will take this up with the CPA as well. i still have not heard a thing from them and it is 7.22pm. i was promised a call wtithin 10minutes at 4.00pm? they also never send us invoices that match up to the amoutns they claim i owe them? | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: I have not heard from a consultant as yet and it has been 3 days. Typical. i am currently applying for a new contract with MTN. as soon as my cotract is up i will cancel all my vodacom ctracts and we have 6 with them. | |||
