Very Dissapointed

Dear Sir/Madam

I recently took my BlackBerry Curve 3G in for repairs at Vodacom Mimosa Mall. They received my phone and phoned me after a week and told me that the phone was liquid damaged, beyond repair, and was then duly written of by vodacom.

I then proceeded to purchase a new Blackberry Bold 9700 from the vodashop online at [URL Removed] which was delivered to me.

Thereafter I went to pick up my curve 3G from vodacom and it seems that there are no problems with that phone. So, after spending another R2300.00 on the Bold 9700 I now have 2 Blackberries in working condition.

This is completely unacceptable. Please advise how you are going to rectify the situation
