| I am very disappointed in my service provider with whom i have been for since i got my first fone(2001).My Blackberry got stolen the weekend and i know it was my own negligence. I gave customer service a call to ask them if there is any way that i can upgrade earlier due to the fact that my upgrade is due in march. The consultant just blatantly said no and under no circumstances can it be done. I have two contracts with vodacom at the moment and i know that i am a loyal customer, i have never been late with any payments on my account. I feel that the customer service centre could have done more to assist met with at least the SimSwap that i had to do on my own,if this is the attitude of vodacom towards customers i can guarantee you that i wil Be cancelling my contracts very soon. I feel that no effort was made to even explain to my why my request is so impossible but it is never immpossible for my payments to reach vodacom. | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: Have to be honest vodacom did come back to me and i appreciate the feedback, however it stil does not solve my problem and i still have to wait till the 1st of March a whole month before i can upgrade. The reason being that the system does not allow me to upgrade???? So basically thanks for nothing vodacom? | |||
