I cancelled m.y contract and it hopefully will be converted to prepaid. Now on my last day of the contract, my SIM shows INACTIVE SIM, making my phone useless. The call centre staff do not know why or how to fix it, transfer from one department to the next, dropped calls in between. If they are changing to prepaid, why do it in the mornings during the day when the when the phone is in use. Really glad that Vodacom will not be in my life anymore. |
