| i have cancelled a contract that is held with Vodacom and was billed ?R1900 for december usuage. i have been trying to get an itemised billing for this number with no luck since Wednesday. everyperson i speak to asks me to do a different thing eg, email a request, fax the request. i have done this. i was told that people will contact me, nothing yet... i have called several times and each time the person i speak to is even more incompetant that the previous 1. im sick of this service. i hold several contracts with Vodacom but never again will i be supporting a service provider that does not deserve my business. if you dont value me as a client than i am can take my business to another service provider who can provide better service. im sick of the consultants tellling me that they need this and that, ive sent everything and now they still need me to do it again...all i want to know is what the **** was the debit for???? my next step would be legal. im sick of this running around and being bull shitted by service providers. | |||
