| Fri 20/01 I upgrade my phone. 26/01 I return it as the device is faulty, being told that within 3working days I would receive a call, to which I never did. Sun 05/02 I go to report the interim phone used as stolen, but unfortunately for me, I was assisted by the most miserable, unsincere employee who could care less about my story. She informed that my new phone is also on the way & ready for me 08/02. It was an effort for her to block my account, but she was unable to do a simswap as I was not the account holder - she told me to go the Vereeniging where my dad, account holder, lives and come back with relevant documentaion - all info she needed was presented upon me upgrading - she then said I would have to wait a week while she retrieves it from archives. My dad has signed a form to give me authority and signing powers on the account yet everytime I have an issue nobody can assist as I am not the account holder. Also received statement today being charged R22.83 and R59.00 for BIS which I refuse to settle as I have had no use for it as I'm awaiting my upgrade still! Peter at the store has been hepful & will assist tomo with simswap but I need to wait until 10/02 for new stock? | |||

| Utterly Disgusted: So nobody has bothered to call me? Expected that. One would think that a blog of this nature on a site like this would have better, more prompt response than that of the call centre. Sad. | |||
