| A problem was experienced with our Black Berry phone. It was handed in for testing & subsequent repair work required at the Menlyn branch. After two weeks it was received back, re-loaded, just to find out that the phone (a second hand one) had been damaged. After a long debate about responsibility, the phone was accepted back and sent away for a second time. Eventually, on receiving the instrument back after about 4 weeks, it was reloaded with details back-up details of another client! Eventually this was fixed by a knowledgeable person. To top all of this, one still had to maintain paying the monthly rate of a Black Berry. What poor service. | |||
