| I applied or ZTE cellular on 29/01/12, R135 pm wih R3k voucher, same amount of R135 pm was approved, however the cellphone was not the same, and voucher was decreased to R1k. This deal was done via Games in Kenilworth, when Queen at the store applied for increase of voucher, she was escalated from pillar to post by Vodacom agents. Whe the store ws about t close, she spoke o one of the consultants who promised to increase the voucher, and was going to be a formality. However it was late, and the store promised to revert back to me on Monday. To my surprise Queen called to say the request was declined, after faxing all the document they requested. This is so unprofessional to inform the cient that your request is approved, only they need to change system. I am worried about Games Sales sales staff, they are dealing with clients and Vodacom are giving the incorrect information to convey to clients. No clear explaination, and thanks to Queen to call me w.r.t outcomes,though there wasnothing she can do.To me this does not make a business sense, an amoun of R135 is nothing, repayment ability is beyond doubt,lastly I was a loyal Vodacom client, please view records 082 304 0955 | |||
