outstanding amount on account

After receiving a reminder that R400 odd rand was outstanding on my vodacom account, i forgot to pay and my acc was suspended. Then on paying R500 and requesting my acc reactivated I was told this was not possible as acc was in arrears for R1300. I requested a statement this showed a zero balance i then went to vodacom on two occasions and requested help, nobody can or will help. I was told to return during the week when a acc specialist was available, i did only to be told these acc specialists do not exist. I requested a print out and checked my deposits as far back as January 2010. I cannot find anywhere that I owe them R1300. I requested a full statement be emailed to me from acc inception date. This was done it shows a zero balance, I however still do not have a phone as Vodacom says i owe them money and nobody at customer care seems to care enough to help. I have now had to pay the R1300 in order to have my phone, however i would like to know where this amount comes from.
