Not intrested in their customers

My blackberry was sent in for a software problem. After waiting 11 days the repair centre informed me via a SMS that my phone was ready for collection. I phoned customa care to find out how much it would cost as i was going to send someone with money and the job number and receipt to collect it. i first waited 22 min befor an operator took my call and then the operator hung up on me so i had to call again after geting hold of the operator she informed me that my phone had been water damaged and could not be fixed. i explained to her that this was imposible as when i was handed my phone in to be fixed i did mention and show the lady at the counter that the water damage indicator was still blue and not red which means that it has not come into contact with water. i asked to speak to her manager or supervisor and she said that her supervisor would contact me by the end of the day however the supervisor did not call me back. The next day i called the customa care center and they put me throug to the supervisor and as i was trying to explain my issue she was so rude and did not want to listen to me. when i informed the lady that i would report vodacom she said do as you want.
