| I started experiencing problems with my Vodacom 3G since 23/01/2012 at 11:00. The problem I experienced was poor network connection, the network being very, very slow. I have good signal strenth 4/5, but struggle to open pages/browse/skype. On 24/01/2012 I reported the problem to the Vodacom call centre, was told to change my bearer settings to 3G only, which I did. On 25/01/2012 I again reported this and was given the following service request no S3-LPT22-2PV5. Last week Tuesday I phoned again and they escalated this to the Network department. Someone phoned me back and informed me that they received more complaints regarding the non-existing network in Ermelo and their network people will attend to it. I phoned again today 07/02/2012, to date no feedback regarding this problem was received. It is now two weeks since this problem started, I am not the only one in this area struggling with network. This problem has only worsened as I can now not even browse on the internet nor use my skype when using my 3G. I am currently paying for a service that I can not utilise. When will this be resolved? | |||

| Indifferent: Vodacom contacted me twice. The problem with the slow network is that they are currently upgrading the vodacom tower. They can't give a date when the upgrading will be finished. To date no improvement has been noted. | |||
