No response to several faxes

Hi there

I have been trying to get an itemised bill for my prepaid number (071 471 5861). I have filled in the correct forms and faxed them once with and once without an affidavit to both 0860 082 082 as well as 011 546 8666. That's four faxes to numbers given to me by Vodacom staff. I have as of yet received no response from anyone. I am tired of waiting for nothing to happen.

The whole reason I am doing this is that someone who works for me stole my cellphone along with other valuables. Although I have now done a sim swop, the sim card was kept active for a while. A detailed record of phone calls may very well pinpoint the person.

Please will someone from Vodacom contact me and assist in processing this request. In the meantime, I am left feeling helpless, annoyed and robbed.
