During the last 3 weeks I have been unsuccessful tying to port a number from another service provider to Vodacom SP and take out a new contract. This has been blocked by the Vodacom system as they say I am involved with ***** as well as being Bad payer. I have proof of a perfect credit history and have never been involved, charged or convicted of any *****. After various attempts to speak to the Manager of the Vodashop in Centurion mall (lower level) I'm still at a loss. I also tried the Vodacom customer care line, but after being transferred 7 times without any light at the end of the tunnel I gave up that option. Also tried a different Vodashop, but there hands are cut off as the proses was started at the centurion mall (lower level). For 15 years I have never missed a payment or had nay queries from Vodacom, seems that the reward for being a loyal customer is not what you would have expected!! |
