Money taken from my account. (Illegally)

In July 2011 I ported from Vodacom follwing a dispute concerning unauthorised payments they made to themselves.(R85 for transferring my bank account)
Although the contract had expired, they took a payment of R568 in August 2011 and a further R284 in Sept2011. I managed to get my bank to reverse the second sum but after many many hours trying to deal with various people at Vodacom i went to Icasa, as they had helped me with a previous dispute. (which led me to port away from them)
It has now been some 6 months and I am no closer to getting my money back. The Vodacom attitude both at the store and call centre is "you,ve got no chance" It seems that they have been quite willing to forfeit a R15000 contract in favour of a measly R 85, the sum that caused the original dispute. They have on many occasions accepted that I followed all the correct procedures in informing them that I would not be renewing the contract but they still wont budge.
