I posted complaint on Hello Peter on 27/01/2011. Vodacom placed their standard note to say someone will contact me. Hello Vodacom, wake up, you are going to loose clients like this when you don't respond as promised. Perhaps you should look at how many unhappy clients there are on Hello Peter and do something about it. Oh, I forgot to mention that I received a standard sms to say they are upgrading their network in the PE Metro area over the next 60 days so could experience brief interruptions in service from time to time. Judging from the problems experienced over the last year or so, I would hate to know what it is now going to be like!! |
