| reported a billing error by Vodacom on the 25/01/2012, SRN:S3LPT2LLWVOR, faxed the docs, but was told that the docs were not received i re-faxed the on the 02/02/2012 to 0860082082 as request from Moddy Motebejane. I followed up with Vodacom on the 03/02/2012 and was advised that the R308 billing is for a handset (however i do not have a handset that will cost me R308). I spoke to Lerato Magayi who stated that the service request number that i gave her does not even reflect on their system, the assurance from Vodacom is that the calls are recorded, however each time i called with a reference number i had to repeat the nature of my dispute, i feel this is a waste of time money and resources to generate reference numbers and repeat the same process when a follow up call is made. I need the money refunded to my bank account as it was debited incorrectly and its been over 24 hours without any response from Vodacom. My contact number: 0716127073. I further do not understand why i have to fax statements to Vodacom as i was billed by Vodacom and the information should be reflecting.The inconsistancy wastes money, time and creates bad service. | Not Impressed: Im being sent the same reaponse over and over again about being contacted however when i follow up with Vodacom my request is reflecting that the expected date of completion is the 19 March, to wich this matter is dragging on for far too long. I wouk appriciate a direct refund to my bank account | |||
