Inadequate repairs and service.

I handed my phone in at Vodacom in November of 2011 for repairs and maintenance. Among other details taken was my work number and cell. Nov, Dec and Jan passes and I never got a call to say your phone is ready or there is some problem. Went this past Saturday and was advised that my phone had water damage and a some kind of seal was broken. if this is the case why wasn't i contacted in the 3-4 months my phone was with them. and secondly the day i took my phone in it was in the same condition as received it from them. now you want to tell me some kind of seal was broken. I don't mess with stuff i do not know about so why would i break a seal. and i work hard to afford that phone why would there be water damage. i value what i have.
but clearly vodacom does not value me as a customer. i have been with them for close to 4 years always paying etc and this is the kind of service you receive.. cant wait for my contract to end so i can cancel it.. in this 4 months without my phone i have still been paining my account on time..

VODACOM NOT VERY GOOD SERVICE YOU HAVE JUST LOST A LONG TIME CLIENT???
