| I lost my phone and phoned vodacom's accounts department to get them to authorise a sim swop as my account payment had not reflected on their system. Without so much as word the incompetent agent went and blacklisted all the handsets on my name, which included my wifes phone. After spending half the afternoon trying to resolve this issue, I was eventually told that the handsets were BLACKLISTED becuase the account is 6 months in arrears. WHERE HAVE EVER HEARD SUCH RUBBISH. Neccessarily they have a monopoly and thus can do what they like. The last time I asked them to swop a sim they swoped all 6 our sims and it took 5 days to resolve. This they can do at a moments notice but they can't swop a sim with the same measure of competence | |||
