Galaxy Note Online application

I have had 2 previous contracts with Vodacom and i have never had any complaints.I recently applied online for a Samsung Galaxy note with the above mentioned supplier, on the 31/01/2012. The very 1st call i received was from Ashlyn Naidoo on the 1st of Feb. The call center agent made it very clear to me that i would be contacted within 2 days to confirm and the process ( Including delivery of the handset) would take 7 days. Till this day i have not received any communication from the call center. I have contacted 1950, which is the number given to users to track the status of the application and and delivery. On Firday 3/02/02 I contacted the center only to be informed the confirmations department is still busy with the application. I called again on the 6th and 7th only to be given the same answer. My current phone is old and cannot withstand the amount of things i do on a day to day basis.
