Good day I ordered a Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray on the 16/01/2012, i was advised that the order will be put in on the Wednesday 18/01/2012 and I should receive the phone by the 20/01/2012. My 24 months for the previous contract ended or is going to end now in Feb and I was hoping to get the above before it did. My issue is that I've been told everytime when going in that there is a problem with the Ericsson's shipment or something that's the reason they have not gotten delivery yet. Why advertise for the phone if you do not have it in stock. I am currently looking at the Vodacom brochure dated 07/02/2012-06/03/2012 which advertises the above phone however I still have not received a call to say my order has been delivered. I would appreciate your comments on the matter and confirmation as to when I can expect the Sony Ericsson Experia Ray. |
