did not recieve any airtime/new sim card

it was late last year a lady called me offering me a airtime contract were i will pay R35 for R40 airtime a month when asked i was told the airtime would be transferd to my prepeaid cell number the money gets debited on my account but i did not recieve any airtime nor did i recieve any sim card from inception of the contract.i recieved the tax invoice but no sim card my address is incorrect on the inv as well as the cell number which was activated was wrong.i called the call center but no one can assist me on this matter i no longer want this contract the money which was debited can be kept even if i didnt recieve the airtime.this is realy frustrating me because my bank fees are running high just for a R35.i have records were i have been purchasing airtime via my markems account due to not recieving the airtime which im paying for.vodacom is a realy bad service provider and cheats people of they hard earned money.switching to another service provider is the best choice at the moment

Not Impressed: i have not recieved feed back from vodacom yet.
