| i have been with vodacom for years and i phoned vodacom and they refuse to let me upgrade early even though i am more than willing to pay whatever charge there is so that i can get a new phone, they say i need to spend more than R800 a month this is absolutely ridiculous. | |||

Please be advised that we have set criteria for a premature upgrade. The criterion is as follows: -The contract must be 13 months and older -The average spend on your account must be R800 and more Regards Consumer Website Team |
