Be warned of the ********* vodacom

this is the 2nd time im writing in about vodacom overbilling me unfairly. i requested a limit on my data bundle via customer care to the value of R200.00 which was not done. i was billed R8000.00 instead. i was told different stories by their incompetent staff. nothing was done in writing as to the reasons for this high bill despite my numerous request. they have now disconnected my 3 contracts because i refuse to pay the bill for the data bundle up until the dispute is resolved. i see many similar complaints and i urge all those affected to report to national consumer forum as soon as possible. i sense this is a way vodacom tries to make money from their clients and this need to be investigated urgently. i will never do business with vodacom ever.
