| I've been on contract with VOdacom since 2005. where i kept renewing my contract after every expiry. this went on till 2010, when i decided to go on prepaid and get a phone for cash. i cancelled my contract before my term was finished, so i had to pay for the remaining moths in advance. i was told of how much to pay and was only able to pay a portion. i forgot to pay the remaining amount in the next moth, which then led me to forgetting about it completely. i do take the responsibility of not paying, however Vodacom had always reminded me if i missed a moth or paid later than the expected date. in this event they did not remind me of the outstanding amount from September 2010 to date. there was absolutely no form of communication, no sms, not letter, absolutely nothing. this then continued to date. i withdrew my credit report and found that they have their account running and it reflects that i am a bad payer, whereas all my other account have been handled well. this has affected my chances of getting a car which was meant to simplify my life. i am really disgusted to be treated like this by vodacom!!! which makes me ask, are they only loyal to contract customers? | |||

Not Impressed:
I am not sure of what the turn around time for Vodacom to get back to their clients is. I still haven't got any feedback from them. instead, I had to call them myself yesterday to find out how far they are with my query and to my expectations, they still hadn't done much. |
