Bad Service ONCE AGAIN!

And it continues. Why I decided to take out another contract with Vodacom is beyond my rational thinking at this point in time. Once again, to find out what the status of my order is, I was cut off 3 TIMES after holding on for about 5 minutes each time. A total waste of 15 minutes when trying to call 0821945! What's up guys? I think I should cancel my new order as really, YOU ARE JUST THE PITS WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'VE HAD IT WITH YOU!!

Utterly Disgusted: Still not happy. Now other problems emerged with my order.  Read the next complaint when posted.
