Bad Service - Non Communication

Good day

I am a Vodacom contract holder, i have been experiencing problems with my Blackberry, the phone randomly switches off or it freezes then I have to reset and / or take the battery out. Until recently I have been having problems charging my mobile - on Wednesday, 25th January 2012 the silver slot where you insert the charger (or USB cable) broke and fell inside. I then went to the Vodacom Repair Centre at Canal Walk to take it in for repairs where I signed the required documents and got told the mobile will need to be sent to the JHB Head Office for repairs and because it was regarded as "physical damage" I would need to pay for it (even though it was not my fault). I was then told it would take between 10 - 15 days to repair and sent back to me, they would call me with a quote the following week.

I have called Vodacom Canal Walk and JHB Head Office on numerous occasions, they keep telling me the same story, my mobile has not been assessed by a technician, even though they have had the phone for over week. I have been giving the run around! The service is absolutely ridiculous!

I want my mobile delivered to me ASAP, this week stil (repaired at no charge) or replaced
