| I have a vodacom account with 5 active lines wich 3 are blackberies and 2 are galaxy tabs. I first had this problem when i got the phones where vodacom takes the money off my account via debit order and then a few days later all my lines got soft locked wich means im paying for something i cant use... When i phoned them the first time about it they said its because my credit limit had to be increased i did that and my phones were on the same day. (How do they sell you the phones when you first had to be approved for a higher credit limit?? ) now a month after i got the tabs the same thing happened money taken off my account and lines soft locked.. I phoned 3 times with no success.. First they said i needed to increase my credit wich i did and then was told it would be unlocked the next morning @ 11, 11 came and went i phoned again and was promiced that it would be unlocked in the next 2 hours i waited again and NOTHING!!! when i phoned again i was told the back office was going to call me and tell me whats going to happen.. Guess what? Im still waiting with all my lines locked. This is VERY POOR of vodacom taking my money but not giving me the service. | |||
