4th Blackberry broken in a year

I upgraded my account just over a year ago and got a blackberry curve 9300. Since then I've had 3 different phones of the exact same model, all giving problems, I am now using number 4 which is also giving me problems. I am fed up with using such a terrible phone, please provide me with another cellphone model, either a proper blackberry model or a samsung or iphone or something decent otherwise I will be canceling my contract with Vodacom. Please sort this out, and as mentioned, I do not want the same ****** model.

Not Impressed: Vodacom have no regard for their customers, 4th broken phone in just over a year and they don't even seem to care about the pathetic service I am getting. My fiance needs a new contract and I need 2 additional contracts for my business, at least now I know to rather take out those contracts with MTN or CellC.
