Vodacom millionaires not paying out prize

One of my mobile numbers won money in the vodacom millionaires. I sent the required documentation back in November 2011 as requested by Mary Tswai. I have followed up and to date still have not received a response or the prize payout. If the competition was valid why is it taking so long to pay and why do they not even bother responding. I have been a subscriber with the same number for 14.5 years and this definately even trumps the poor call quality of late. Winning a competition is supposed to be a positive thing but this just highlights pure incompetence.

Over the Moon: Vodacom responded very quickly on hellopeter and then contacted me within 2 days. The matter has been resolved and the prize money has been paid out.
