Shocking!

My husband upgraded his contract a couple of days ago, and got a samsung galaxy S2. The store manager told him to take it home, and check whether it's hanging, and to return it within 7 days for replacement should he be unhappy. He was there on Friday, and they told him that they weren't going to replace it, but send it in for repairs - totally against the consumer law. We also suspect that this phone might be second hand, as there are two different stickers on the box. I would really appreciate it if someone from vodacom could phone my husband.
