ONCE again NO info from Vodacom

I entreded a complaint last week about waiting for ino and availability on the I Phone 4S and i received an sms from Customer service - which was last week Thrusday saying that i will be kept in the loop.
No phone call or number to call so i have been left in the dark with only a womans name and i have tried for over a week now to get ahold of her with NO luck.

Vodacom do you have staff that look after or cater for customers? You guys go out of your way to get the customer but once you have them you forget ahbout them...

This is now the 2nd entry in a week and a half.
I have been on a waiting list sice 11 Dec 2011
Numerous call to ALL Vodashops in my area
No contact made with me in over a week
