Not Existent Services/Faulty Unit

I've upgraded my blackberry 8520 to the new 9360 and since then had endless problems with vodacom... I got my fist handset and it had a out of box failure. Took it in the next day and had to wait several days for new handset apparently this procedure is vodacoms policy to make their customers wait because of out of box faulty equipment! I finally got the new handset after inquiring about reversing my upgrade the first time round because of lack of service and since then have had non existent data services. Every time I phone the call center I have to hold forever and are transferred from one department to another now only to hear that the device is faulty yet again and that I have to take it into a vodacare and sit without a phone. Now they also told me I'm passed my 7 days and they can't reverse the upgrade so please tell me how to return this phone and terminate my contact because I'm not willing to go back and forth like this and in this case I'm surly protected by the consumer protection act.

Utterly Disgusted: Vodacom has been staling over the past month since I've done my upgrade I complained from day 1 with a out of box failure and had to wait for a new handset and now they claim that I can't return the next unit because of the 7 day timing issue, however I logged several cases with them! With my complaint through Hellopeter they took two weeks to respond from 16th January 2012 and I am back at square one and have to take the unit into the store which will tell me that I out of the return policy...
