On January 24th 2012 I received the following stock 'reply' from Vodacom in response to a post that I placed on Hello Peter. I am wondering how long is the time period 'in due course' as I have not yet had the privilege of being contacted by a consultant from Vodacom! 'Vodacom acknowledges receipt of your posting. Please note that a consultant will make contact with you in due course. Regards Consumer Website Team' The above is in response to my post, see below, about the incompetence of Cindy Price and Vodacom. 'In August 2011 I made a complaint via HelloPeter about Vodacom regarding a problem I had regarding a Vodacom outlet. Cindy Price responded within a few days and was most helpful. However the agreement she made with me regarding an sms bundle has not been forthcoming. This month, January 2012, I contacted Vocadom Customer Care only to be told that Cindy Price does not exist? They requested I email Vodacom regarding my complaint which I did. To date I have had no response from Vodacom. ' |

Over the Moon:
The Vodacom Call Centre should be told that Cindy Price is alive and well and kicking! She contacted me today, Feb. 8, 2012, and told me that she will be sorting out my sms-bundle problem asap. She was most helpful and apologetic regarding the issue. I am extremely grateful for her help and for her graceful attitude towards me despite my roasting of her via HP! Thank you Cindy! |
