No data bundle used-up SMS

I did not receive an SMS notification informing me that my data bundle had been used-up and as a result I was not made aware of the out-of-bundle rate being charged for the data. I have now, unknowingly used up all the remaining airtime. Why was I not informed of my data bundle being used up? I want my airtime refunded.

To make matters worse I have submitted several queries through the Vodacom website with no responses.

Quite Impressed: Vodacom contacted me and the gentleman I spoke to was courteous and took the time to listen to my complaint. Vodacom has offered to give me a data bundle for the value of the airtime I lost. I am satisfied with the response I have received.
