| Blackberry 8520 was handed in the beginning of November 2011. i received a telephonic quote for repair...R623, when i advised, i am in the Cape, please go ahead. Nothin g was done cause they wanted 50% of repair bill to start. I paid R600 by EFT> on 23 December i received notification my phone was ready for dollection!!! On 7 January 2012 i go to collect! Only to be told the phone was not repairable!!! after accepting the repair quote!!! Why quote if you cannot repair?? Only to be advised this was a computer generated 70km driving plus bank charges!!!message, is there no such thing as "service", flown outa the window. I was advised by the ladywith pretty handwriting serving me, my money would be fully refunded in 2days. After 3 days i called Mr Rishi Dewnandan (the MANAGER OF NOTE) He would look into the matter, i advised that i wanted a refund of my bank charges as well, ti which he laughed at me, - good service- i guess!! Today the 13th of January, 2012 the money has still not been deposited into my account. I did, however, advise him i wanted feed back alternatively his name would go to HELLOPETER!! Now let us see what he does, my money, my waste of petrol to get there, | |||

20 jan 2012..Dear Rina van der Merwe. We apologise for the inconvenience caused in this regard. Please note that your complaint was escalated to the Regional Office as well as the store management We have requested feedback from their side earlier today and await their response.
