I wrote to you for help on the 14 December, the 16 December 2011 I received this mail from Vodacom they needed my job nr en IMEI. I replied on the 17 December 2011 and to my disappointment this was the last response that I receive till the 5 January 2012 'I had to contact them' On the 11January I send this mail to customer care Marius Swart.(I hope you receive this mail. I'm without a phone 2 months going on 3, the phone according to you is between Malelane and repair shop? I'm very sad and disappointed I've never received such bad service from Vodacom, I don't know who, what or where to go for help anymore. I'm begging you to prove to me that the entire sincere reply mails of a prompt response and a solution will happen for me too) I received a mail from customer care to let me know that this matter is now with their MD and they will call me personally. Today is the 19th nothing yet only allot off corresponding emails and still no solution.
