CHARGED EXORBITANT AMOUNTS FOR DATA USAGE

I RECENTLY UPGRADED MY CONTRACT TO A ANYTIME 100 CONTRACT. MY CELLPHONE BILL NOW COMPRISES OF EXORBITANT DATA USAGE BILLS. I HAVE A BIS SERVICE WITH THE CONTRACT AND I DO NOT DOWNLOAD ANY SONGS, VIDEOS ETC. VODACOM NEEDS TO EXPLAIN WHY THIS IS SO. IT SEEMS IM BEING CHARGED JUST TO BROWSE THE INTERNET COS THATS THE ONLY THING I DO!!!! VODACOM IS ENGAGING IN DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!! PATHETIC!!!

Over the Moon: Justin fromVodacom called to sort the problem out. I made it clear again that I do not watch videos or streaming or do any downloading of data. He said that as a "goodwill gesture" vodacom will reverse the data charges for the last 2 months!!! This is not yet reflecting on my current bal tho.  I am very glad with the response
