Vodacom is apparently very clear on a new contract that can be changed within 7 days of initiation of the contract. I did not even activate the blackberry (confirmed by vodacom as well), and I neeeded to change the contract, the store at Rosebank seems to be in conflict with the interpretation with what the terms and conditions of the contract should be. The terms clearly state in point 1. that the phone can be returned with its original invoice within 7 days, there is no "and" or "in addition" to the condition, the point stands alone. I want my contract cancelled at the Rosebank store and I will take a new contract at any other Vodacom store, I am tired of trying to wait around beyond the 7days while the Rosebank Vodacom Store is trying to figure out an interpretation. On Monday the 23 Jan 2012, I was told I would have a solution within 48hrs and today is Friday 27 Jan 2012, and the status of the query with Vodacom is still pending. I reported the problem within the 7day period. I need a solution that suits me as customer, cancel my contract at the Rosebank Vodacom Store. |

Utterly Disgusted:
I want my mobile number that I ported from CellC ported back to CellC. The non-existent service at Vodacom is sincerely non-existent. I am waiting from the 23 Jan 2012 for a resolution to my problems with the Rosebank Vodacom Store. I would hate to seek legal advice, but I seem to have no choice, as I have received empty promises from Vodacom, and 48 hrs must truly equate to more than 7 days in the world of Vodacom. I want my number ported back to CellC. |
