3 months and still awaiting itemised billing

Since mid October 2011, I have requested itemised billing on my cellphone. Too many calls to mention were made to 082-155, faxes were sent, e-mails were sent via Vodacom website. After speaking to about 10 agents about this, only then we were told that we need to request this in writing. A fax was duly sent on 3 Jan '12 requesting this. On 26 Jan '12 after having received no bill yet, I phoned again and by the time I spoke to someone, I was driving and asked the agent to call me back in 20mins. Needless to say, the agent did not call back. On 27/01 I phoned again and spoke to Gadiejah who was very helpful and kept me on the line for about 10-12mins trying to find out why the request has not been activated. Only to discover that I was supposed to fax copy of my ID with the request - if I was told this initially I would've done it. I got an sms at 19H01 on 27/01 stating "your itemised billing&invoice has been sent via e-mail to ... ". By 29/01 I still havent received the bill and had to phone again to be asked the same security questions over again. Then realised they had wrong e-mail address, but yet when this address was confirmed on 27/01 it was correct?? HELP PLSE

As per our telephonic conversation, I have escalated this matter to the Contract Admin Division in order to send your request to the correct email address.

Once again, I would like to apologise for the delay and the inconvenience caused in this regard.

Quite Impressed: I am overjoyed at the response rate after listing my query on HelloPeter.com.
And I thank this forum for allowing individuals to raise their concerns and have something done about it.
I am however not impressed with having to go this route before a query is sorted out.
Thank you Vodacom, I have finally received itemised from Sep'11 to Jan'12.
