I am not sure how long I have been with Virgin Mobile but it has been more than 4 years. I actually moved my accounts form Vodacom over to Vrigin Mobile because of Very Bad Service. And I have to say that I have received nothing but Great service from Virgin. I have got 3 phone account with them 2 that I use and 1 that my fiance uses and both of us have nothing to complain about. I usually do my business at the Virgin Mobile Hatfield store and I have to say the people there are always friently and happy to help even over the phone. When I call your Customer Call Centre my calls are answerd quickly and I always find a friendly person on the other end of the line. They always help me quickly and help me understand everything. Also everywhere I go I have service or signal on my phone, never have I been disconnected. The only thing I can say is that you need to have a look at signal strength in the rural areas. My mother stays in Brits and we go there often and signal is not very strong there but even there I still have a signal. To VIRGIN MOBILE THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH FOR YOUR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! I AM ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! |
