| On Sat my husband and I went to the Tygervalley branch to upgrade our VM accounts. They 1st had to do a credit check and see if we could upgrade to the packages we wanted to upgrade to. The one guy said he will phone us on Sunday and tell us if everything is ready because het thinks there is still ons Galaxy S2 at the back which my husband wanted. He never went to check if it is there. Sunday we went there again, he said the stock will be in store on Tue. Mon I phoned all the branches to hear if they maybe have stock of the s2 (husband) and Note (me). A wonderful lady (Margot) at the Adderley Street branch told me they have one s2 left and told me what we need to bring. When we got there she already had the paperwork ready and was very friendly. Tuesday she phoned me to let me know the stock is at the depot for my Note I still want and then told me exactly what will happen and she will let me know when it is there. This morning I phoned her and she said they are waiting for the couriers and she did not forget about me. I want to thank her, because NONE of the other Virgin Mobile staff can EVER help you. A big thumbs up for Margot even if I am still waiting for the phone to arrive. | |||
